Processing Times
Orders of in stock items not requiring customisation will generally be shipped within 1-2 business days. Customised items are manufactured / printed to order and may take longer to produce and ship. Please contact us in advance if an item is urgent so that we can advise of time frames involved.
Shipping Options
We believe in being as transparent as possible with delivery charges and costs. Sites that offer "free" shipping will always have priced in the cost of the shipping to their customers within the product price. This means that should a customer purchase more than one item they may have been paying for their shipping costs multiple times. Likewise it can be very frustrating for a consumer to have to fill in all their details etc before getting to the final stage of checkout to find out exactly how much your order will cost.
Our shipping rates are based literally on what it costs us to deliver your orders. We offer a local delivery service (delivered by ourselves) and for orders further afield we use An Post in Ireland and DHL internationally.
Occasionally we may offer a free shipping option based on order value where the total value on your order is effectively discounted by the shipping costs as a thank you for placing an order of that size.
Local delivery is available from €2.50 for local drop offs in the Dublin 7, 11 and 15 areas.
Smaller items will be sent via An Posts standard post large envelope service.
Nationwide delivery via An Post is available for a flat cost of €5.95 no matter what size the order is. Smaller orders can choose this rate instead of standard post if they wish to track their order.
